Resources Real Estate Gathering Honors Agents

Shrewsbury, NJ: Resources Real Estate, the premier independent real estate brokerage in Monmouth County, recently hosted a leadership conference for their agents and staff during which they recognized several sales associates for their achievements during the month of April, the initial days of the coronavirus pandemic. The gathering took place during an online virtual company meeting which took place on May 13, 2020.

“Our agents are providing an important service to our clients during this crisis and taking a leadership role, particularly for those clients who were already in contract and moving toward closing,” said Thomas McCormack, Broker and Senior Partner of Resources Real Estate. “Assisting our clients’ relocation in relocation has drastically changed — showings, inspections, appraisals, and ongoing negotiations have been an integral part of getting our clients relocated.”

The company has implemented CDC and state recommendations since the crisis first began with administrative and marketing staff working remotely from home and agents in the field servicing their clients while implementing safety protocols such as masks, gloves and social distancing during all showings and more.

The agents and staff also have supported local healthcare workers and people in need with food and donations to the staffs of Monmouth Medical Center, Riverview Medical Center and the Atlantic Highlands Food Pantry, the most recent events in their yearlong #20deeds2020 campaign.

Agents honored for their achievements during this period include broker associate Mary Lynn Hughes, from the company’s Atlantic Highlands office, who was named Agent of the Month for the second month in a row.  The award is given to an agent in recognition of sales success including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities. Hughes had closed sales in Rumson, Eatontown, and the Leonardo and New Monmouth sections of Middletown, NJ.

Sales associate Sahar Karykous (Shrewsbury office) was named Top Listing Agent for having the greatest number of new listings in April including properties in Long Branch and Woodbridge, NJ.

The Featured Luxury Agent Award was presented to sales associate Stacey Farinacci (Rumson office) in recognition of her recent success in the luxury market. Farinacci, a member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, currently represents 22-B Crescent Drive, Brielle, NJ, a land listing available at $3,299,000.

Joyce Diamond, sales associate (Atlantic Highlands), received the Rainmaker Award for her efforts to build her business in an innovative or otherwise significant way.

The Perseverance Award was presented to sales associate Colleen McGowan (Shrewsbury) for having successfully closed a transaction despite great challenges.

Lastly, sales associate Regina “Gina” Gallagher (Shrewsbury) received the Team Spirit Award for coordinating a company virtual sales training called “Pivot!” addressing recent drastic market changes with renowned real estate trainer, Jeff Lobb from SparkTank Media.

National Association of Realtors Honors Local Agent – Dolores Isoldi

Shrewsbury, NJ – Dolores Isoldi, Resources Real Estate Sales Associate, was recently honored by the National Association of REALTORS® who bestowed her with Realtor Emeritus status for her contributions to the real estate profession through leadership efforts, committee service, and a longtime commitment to client service and success.

Isoldi, a member of the National Association of Realtors for over 40 years, has demonstrated her industry service by participating in the Monmouth / Ocean Regional Realtors Association Professional Standards, RPAC and Grievance Committees. She is also a certified mediator for the Monmouth / Ocean Board of Realtors. Her local community involvement exemplifies this same unselfish commitment and has included membership in the Sea Bright Planning & Zoning Board, Concerned Citizens of Sea Bright and Clean Ocean Action.

The Gold Level award for sales of at least $12 million and 25 units was presented to Helen George from the company’s Shrewsbury office.

Receiving the Silver Level award recognizing sales in excess of $6.5 million and at least 20 units were Mary Lynn Hughes from the Atlantic Highlands office, Stacey Farinacci from the Rumson office, and Allison Gregory, Colleen McGowan and JoAnn Davenport all from the Shrewsbury sales office.

The Bronze Level honor signifying sales of at minimum $2.5 million and 15 units was awarded to Tammy Brindise, Gina Farkouh, Lori Eipel and Irene Zitzner from the Rumson office, Carly York from the Atlantic Highlands office, and JoAnn Kulat from the Shrewsbury office.

NICHOLAS MCCABE RECEIVES AWARD FOR $3.7 MILLION RUMSON PROPERTY | 1/29/20

Shrewsbury, NJ:  Nicholas McCabe, a sales associate with Resources Real Estate’s Rumson office, recently received the “Significant Sale Award” for representing the buyer of 445 Locust Point Road, Locust, which closed for $3,715,000.

McCabe was able to identify off-market properties for his clients who had specific needs and fell in love with this exceptional waterfront home situated on Claypit Creek in the Locust section of Middletown.

Resources Real Estate’s Clients Acknowledge a Job Well Done | 11/5/19

Shrewsbury, NJ, October 30, 2019 — Resources Real Estate announced a record number of client commendations were received by the company in September acknowledging the superior service of their agents and staff. The testimonials were first published at the company’s Shrewsbury sales office during a company-wide meeting on October 9th that also acknowledged recent sales achievements.

August 29, 2019. Shrewsbury:  Senior Partner and Broker Thomas McCormack and Partner Robert Diakon of Resources Real Estate will be attending the annual Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate in Washington DC this Fall as Exclusive Members of the Board of Regents.

The Board of Regents is an exclusive global network of the worlds’ most elite luxury real estate professionals. It is the evolution of the Board of Governors, the leadership body that determines the direction of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate since 1986. Each Regent represents a defined territory, serving as a leading authority in their designated region. McCormack and Diakon represent the Central New Jersey region and have been Members of the Board of Regents for over 3 years.

Both McCormack and Diakon, along with other Regents members meet prior to each annual event to share insight into the luxury market as well as marketing and technology solutions.

Resources Real Estate honor their best selling 2018 sales associates

Shrewsbury, NJ, January 16th, 2018 — Resources Real Estate is proud to announce the recipients of the company’s sales awards for 2018 which were presented at a celebratory gathering on January 9, 2018 at the Navesink Country Club in Locust, NJ. The company’s sales achievements were particularly noteworthy this year as it was the highest number of award recipients in the company’s history.

The complete list of awards is as follows:

The Imperial Award is presented to associates with property sales totaling between $10 and $20 million. Receiving the award were Tammy Brindise and Allison Gregory.

The Sterling Award honors associates with property sales totaling between $5 and $10 million.  Recipients included Christopher Ozar, Carly York, Eleanor “Trish” Collings and Nicholas McCabe.

The Ambassador Award is given to agents with property sales of $3 to $5 million and was awarded to Jo Ann Davenport, Michele Coyle, Lisa Eckstein, Patrice George, Colleen McGowan, Gina Farkouh and Jeannette Sieh.

The Governor Award recognizes team members with sales totaling $2 to $3 million. The agents receiving this award were Joyce Diamond, Jessica Hickey, William Iler, Maureen Kaltenbach, Virginia McKiernan, Bradley Moore, Raymond Rapcavage and Nance Stellato.

Lastly, the Diplomat Award is presented to agents selling between $1 and $2 million dollars worth of real estate.  Honorees were Dennis Soboti, Kelly Guidera, Jennifer Zoppel, Andrea Davie, Colleen Antoon, Jennifer Glover, Anne Martinho, Toni Freer and Kathleen Kowalski.
