Monmouth County had a productive 2017 with an 11% unit sales increase in single-family homes and a 2.47% higher median sale price. The list to sale price ratio narrowed by a full percentage point to 96%. And by year end, county-wide there was only 4.7 months of inventory; the available inventory was down 13%.
