Resources Real Estate Presents Sales Associates with the July Awards
Rumson, NJ, August 21st, 2017 — Resources Real Estate handed out their internal awards to several sales associates for their outstanding achievements during the month of July. The company meeting took place on August 2nd at the estate on 2 Browns Dock Rd in Rumson.
Sales Associate Gina Farkouh, who works in the Rumson office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of his or her sales success in the previous month including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities. Gina’s total business for the month of July amounted to an impressive $8,077,019.
Gina Farkouh was recognized with an additional award – Top Listing Agent – for having six new listings, totaling $4,442,999. One of these new listings is that of the beautiful six-bedroom, five-bathroom home on 6 Pond Rd in Rumson.

Sales Associate Jessica Hickey, also from the Rumson office, was presented with the Featured Luxury Agent award, which is an award given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing above $1mil. Jessica, a member of Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, represents the property at 2 Browns Dock Road in Locust, listed for $6.4M.
The Rainmaker Award was given to Nicholas McCabe, from the Rumson office. This award is given to a sales associate for his or her efforts to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Nick secured a buyer for his exclusive listing of 10 Stonehenge Court in Little Silver through clever networking.
The Perseverance Award was presented to Colleen Antoon from the Rumson office. This award is given to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. Colleen managed a complicated transaction to a successful closing.
Lastly, Eleanor “Trish” Collings from the Atlantic Highlands office received the Team Spirit Award, given to a sales associate who extends him or herself to help colleagues and office staff. A Resources agent who was out recuperating from surgery nominated Trish and said: “In particular, Trish has been taking my clients out and showing my properties. We have a truly terrific group here in the office.”
