Resources Real Estate Presents Sales Associates with June 2017 Awards
Highlands, NJ, July 17th, 2017 — Resources Real Estate honored several sales associates for their outstanding accomplishments during the month of June. The company meeting took place on July 5th at Havana Tropical Café.
Sales Associate Tammy Brindise, who works in the Rumson office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of his or her sales success in the previous month including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities. Tammy closed a total of five sales, three of them over a million dollars each, and her business for the month of June amounted to $4,761,700.
Tammy Brindise was recognized with two additional awards: Top Listing Agent, for having three new listings, including the $1,325,000 property at 68 Ridge Road in Rumson; and the Regency award, given to an agent with an exceptionally high volume of monthly sales.
The Commercial Agent of the Month Award went to Christopher Ozar from the Atlantic Highlands office, for selling two 10-unit buildings in Hoboken totaling $7.4 million. This exceptional achievement brought Christopher an additional honor – the Significant Sale Award, given for a sale of a property above $2 million. Chris sold a total of three Hoboken properties: 308 Madison Street for $4.324 million, 301 Madison Street for $3.075 million, and 1125 Maxwell Lane for $2.775,000, totaling over $10 million in sales production.
Sales Associate Dennis Soboti, from the Monmouth Beach office, was presented with the Featured Luxury Agent award, which is an award given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing above $1 million. Dennis, a member of Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, holds the 15 Anderson Street property in Monmouth Beach, listed for $1.5 million.
The Rainmaker Award was given to Bradley Moore, from the Atlantic Highlands office. This is an honor bestowed on a sales associate for his or her effort to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Acting as a buyer’s agent, Brad creatively attracted the interest of a seller, convincing them to list and sell the property, thus successfully providing a property for his buyer.
The Perseverance Award was presented to Nance Stellato from the Atlantic Highlands office. This award is given to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. Nance was able to close on a property despite inspection issues, past liens and other difficult challenges. Her perseverance truly helped her client to successfully close on the property.
Lastly, Lorien Kelly from the Red Bank office received the Team Spirit Award, given to a sales associate who extends him or herself to help colleagues and office staff. Lorien was recognized for assisting another agent who was having difficulties gaining access to a property.
