Located at 457 Broad Street in Shrewsbury, the new state-of-the-art facility opened on February 6th, 2018, and will serve as the new corporate office, training center for the Resources sales associates and a marketing hub featuring a new video production studio. Much of the company’s agent-branded marketing, video market reports, property advertising and social media marketing campaigns will be generated here.
The corporate office now will be the home base for the company’s two owners, the operations manager, bookkeeper and support staff.
“We place a strong emphasis on proper, professional training and have outgrown our current space,” said Carolynn Ozar-Diakon, Senior Partner and Broker. “Opening this new facility accommodates our expanded training needs as well as frees up more space for agents within our sales offices. Our agent talent pool of experienced agents from other firms, as well as new recruits, has grown because of the support and superior training we provide.”

This expansion will also provide the company with a presence along the Route 35 corridor.
