Mary Lynn Hughes Named Agent of the Month for July

Hughes, who works in the Atlantic Highlands office of Resources has been an Atlantic Highlands resident for the past 30 years and an active member of the community, particularly the Atlantic Highlands Arts Council. An award-winning agent, Hughes has also achieved the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Goodman was acknowledged with the Team Spirit award for his work in support of the company’s marketing efforts in Monmouth Beach. Goodman, a lifelong New Jersey resident, grew up in eastern Monmouth County.

The award for the most team spirit goes to Kathleen Kowalski from the Red Bank office, who has also been Agent of the Month in the recent past.
Mary Lynn, a 30-year resident of Atlantic Highlands, is a former agent with Heritage House and is an active member of the Atlantic Highlands Arts Council. During her first year in the business, she earned the “Rookie of the Year” award and has since become a member of the Monmouth County Association of Realtors, Monmouth County Multiple Listing Services, New Jersey Association of Realtors and is also a Notary Public.
Kathleen, an avid hiker with a passion for the outdoors, has lived in Shrewsbury for 22 years and was previously an account executive with Avery Dennison Corp.
